研究员,博士,博士生导师,中国科学院青年创新促进会优秀会员、湖南省杰出青年基金获得者,中国科学院亚热带农业生态过程重点实验室副主任、农业生态工程湖南省重点实验室副主任。主要从事碳氮磷循环及环境效应研究,研究兴趣包括大气沉降及其生态环境效应、土壤固碳及温室气体减排以及农业面源污染防控,致力于研究亚热带区域养分元素在田块的迁移转化过程及驱动机制,以及流域陆地养分循环对水体环境的影响机制,旨在为深化农田-流域养分循环过程,开发养分循环过程机理模型,研发土壤固碳减排、秸秆及有机废弃物循环利用及面源污染防控技术,服务农业绿色可持续发展。
主持了国家自然科学联合基金重点项目、国家重点研发项目课题、中国科学院重点部署项目课题、湖南省重点研发项目等30多项科研任务。以第一作者或通讯作者在土壤及环境领域国内外主流期刊上发表论文60余篇,其中SCI论文30余篇;以主要作者分别在Science和Nature上发表论文1篇。担任世界气象组织大气总沉降专家咨询组专家、中国土壤学会氮素工作委员会委员、湖南省土壤肥料学会常务理事、湖南省生态学会理事、湖南省环境科学学会理事、《Agriculture》期刊领域主编和《农业环境科学学报》等期刊编委。参与获得2021年度中国生态环境十大科技进展。
